Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of water treatment and wastewater treatment projects.
Track project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
Coordinate daily with site execution teams through phone calls, virtual meetings, emails, and project management tools to ensure timely execution of activities.
Follow up with site engineers regarding work progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and equipment status.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned timelines.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management review.
Coordinate with procurement, design, production, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Escalate critical issues affecting project schedules to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions.




Monitor project documentation, including work progress reports, inspection records, and client communications.
Support the Project Manager in organizing project review meetings and documenting action points.
Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and project execution standards.
Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders whenever required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination or execution, preferably in the water or wastewater treatment industry.
Freshers with robust technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
