About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and field-driven Project Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute Pledge Foundation's on-ground programs spanning healthcare, education, menstrual health, and community development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and carry out field activities for assigned NGO programs (healthcare camps, school sessions, community drives, awareness programs)
Coordinate with beneficiaries, schools, hospitals, local authorities, and community stakeholders
Ensure timely and effective implementation of program activities as per project timelines
Conduct field visits, data collection, and beneficiary documentation
Maintain accurate records, reports, and photo/video documentation of activities
Coordinate logistics for events, camps, and outreach drives
Liaise with local government bodies/officials where required
Report progress and challenges regularly to the Program Manager

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
