We are hiring a Property Manager for a resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, managing maintenance and housekeeping, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort property.
Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and Security teams.
Monitor property maintenance and ensure all facilities are well-maintained.
Manage staff schedules and supervise operational activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Monitor occupancy, bookings, and property performance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Support management in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in resort, hotel, or property management.
Experience in hospitality operations is preferred.
