Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff development programs, and research activities to enhance the delivery of patient care.

Serve as a resource and mentor for other nursing staff members.
