What you will do
Reach out to suppliers via WeChat, WhatsApp, email, and contact forms.
Collect catalogues, pricing, MOQs, and other key information.
Keep our supplier database accurate and up to date.
Review supplier catalogues, shortlist suitable manufacturers, and coordinate the supplier vetting process by sending questionnaires, collecting responses, and scheduling factory video calls.
Act as the bridge between our suppliers and the product team, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Who we are looking for:
Solid written English and communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Interest in sourcing, operations, or supply chain is a plus.
