Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely inspection of components as per laid down standards
Prepare inspection reports of each and every components inspected and suggest reject or rework if required
To coordinate with production department for any fault.
Prepare ISO 9001:2008 controlled documents files and test records on time and in accurate manner.
Documentation of the inspection results accurately
Coordination for calibration of test equipments and fixtures.
Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation of the same.
To be in contact with suppliers of the inputs for improvements of the quality
Evaluate problems and make initial recommendation for reduction of rejection.




Provide feedback to assembly and testing department regarding accuracy of the assembly procedure.
Maintain the inward and outward movement record of dye patents and lag lug
Creating the drawings of current parts
To get involved in the design and development activities along with the reporting head.
