Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) as per customer requirements.
Carry out in-process and final inspection of products as per inspection plans.
Conduct visual inspection as per customer specifications and acceptance criteria.
Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, Depth Gauge, and Thread Gauges.
Verify the calibration status of measuring instruments before use.
Record inspection results accurately and maintain all quality documents and records.
Identify, segregate, and control Non-Conforming (NC) products as per company procedures.
Escalate quality issues immediately to the concerned supervisor and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure traceability and product identification throughout the inspection process.




Maintain 5S and valuable housekeeping in the quality inspection area.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and customer requirements.
Comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) requirements and company safety procedures.
Ensure 100% PPE compliance while working in the plant.
Report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near misses, incidents, and quality concerns immediately.
Handle materials and measuring instruments safely to prevent damage or injury.
Support internal, customer, and external quality audits whenever required.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to achieve quality and productivity targets.
