Role Description The Project Management Manager is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Mysore, Kamataka, India, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project planning and execution within the semiconductor solutions portfolio. This position leads cross-functional project teams, defines project scope and deliverables, and maintains timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.

The manager coordinates closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure requirements are captured, expectations are managed, and project milestones are achieved. Day-to-day activities include monitoring project progress, managing budgets,



preparing status reports, and implementing corrective actions where needed. The role also involves optimizing project management processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring projects align with organizational strategy and quality standards.

Qualifications
Solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Demonstrated Program Management experience in leading multiple concurrent projects or portfolios.
Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, evaluating performance metrics, and supporting decision-making.
Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for projects.
Effective Communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams, customers, and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or automation industry is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in Mysore, Kamataka, India, manage priorities in a rapid-paced workplace, and use project management software tools.
