– Regional Head (EPC / MEP / Cleanroom Solutions) Position: Regional Head Location: Gujarat Experience: 7–10 Years About The Role We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to drive business growth across Gujarat for our EPC, MEP, Cleanroom, HVAC, and Turnkey Engineering Solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with pharmaceutical, biopharma, healthcare, semiconductor, food & beverage, and industrial clients while leading regional sales and business development initiatives. FabLab specializes in turnkey engineering services including HVAC, Electrical, BMS/IBMS, Cleanroom Systems, Utility & Piping, Fire Fighting, and GMP Validation.

Lead regional sales and business development activities.

Develop recent business opportunities for EPC, MEP, and Turnkey Engineering projects.

Build robust relationships with Pharma, Biopharma, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, and Industrial clients.

Drive order booking, revenue, profitability, and regional growth.

Lead and mentor regional sales teams.

Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Estimation,



and Design teams for project closures.

Manage key accounts, consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.

Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regional performance reports.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred).

7–10 years of experience in EPC, MEP, HVAC, Cleanroom, Industrial Engineering, Building Services, or Technical Sales.

Proven experience in handling high-value project sales.

Solid network within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors.

Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel across Gujarat.
