Key Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy and client care in one-on-one and group settings using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Implement behavioral skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction protocols as prescribed by the treatment team.
Conduct therapy sessions using intensive teaching methods and natural environment training techniques.
Collect, record, analyze, and summarize data related to client behavior and treatment progress.
Assist in parent and caregiver training programs aligned with individualized treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress, goals, and therapy outcomes.
Utilize protected and appropriate handling procedures while working with children and clients.
Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and qualified standards.
Assist Behavior Analysts, Lead Behavioral Technicians, and Pediatric Neurologists in clinical assessments and preparation of therapy materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and therapeutic setting.
Collaborate with clients, families,



caregivers, therapists, and external professionals to support treatment goals.
Attend mandatory training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Follow organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery.
