Job Title: Closing Manager – Real Estate Location: Ambivli Shahad Kalyan West Job Type: Full time (Target-Based Role) Job Summary: We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Closing Manager responsible for handling end-to-end sales closures, managing daily client interactions, and ensuring smooth site operations. The candidate will play a key role in converting leads into successful bookings while representing the project professionally on-site.Even calls on provided data and generate site visit Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily calling and follow-ups with prospective clients.

Convert leads into site visits and ensure strong client engagement.

Represent the project at the site and provide detailed presentations to clients.

Manage complete sales closing process including negotiation and deal finalization.

Take full responsibility for site operations and client coordination.

Maintain robust relationships with walk-in clients and channel partners.

Ensure timely follow-ups for pending deals and documentation.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, accounts) for smooth booking and closure.

Maintain proper records of client interactions and site visits.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales/closing (preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle clients independently at the site.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Good knowledge of local real estate market.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.).
