Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for primary classes (I–V).
Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, phonics, and communication skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
Conduct regular classroom assessments and maintain student progress records.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom workplace.
Integrate digital tools and cutting-edge teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
Encourage creative learning through storytelling, role plays, debates, reading activities, and creative writing.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.
Communicate student progress effectively with parents during PTMs and through regular feedback.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events,



assemblies, training programs, and curriculum planning.
Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and NEP recommendations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English or a related discipline.
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (mandatory).
CTET/State TET qualification preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school.
Experience teaching primary grades is preferred

Pay: ₹25,739.87 - ₹35,763.27 per month
