CRM Department – Product Sales & Marketing The CRM Department is responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with customers while supporting product sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Explain product features, perks, offers, and pricing.
Generate leads and support sales activities.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Take customer feedback and resolve queries.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Support customer retention and repeat sales.
Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.
Objective: To increase customer satisfaction, generate sales, maintain long-term customer relationships, and contribute to overall business growth.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
