Roles and responsibilities-
Implement and monitor quality standards in radiology services as per NABH/AERB guidelines.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, imaging protocols, and patient safety practices (radiation safety, consent, etc.).
Conduct internal audits and support external audits/accreditation processes.
Track and analyze quality indicators such as TAT, report accuracy, repeat scans, and patient feedback.
Identify gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for continuous improvement.
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Train radiology staff on quality protocols, safety standards, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare, Radiology, or Life Sciences.
2–5 years of experience in radiology/diagnostics quality.
Knowledge of NABH standards and AERB guidelines.
Robust analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
