We have a database, a referral network, and content sitting underworked — we need someone who picks up the phone, follows through, and lets nothing go cold.

What you'll own
Work our lead database and referral network daily — same-day callback on every enquiry.
Chase leads that have gone quiet — "not now" often means "not yet."
Book site visits, support site visits, follow deals to close.
Create content for Instagram/YouTube — reels, on-camera pieces, WhatsApp copy. Camera-comfortable is a must.

The hustle we need Some weeks you're making forty calls and half don't pick up — you call again anyway. Some days you're filming three reels back to back. You build your own call list; no one hands you a script. A lead gone quiet for two months,



ready to buy when it resurfaces — that's a normal Tuesday, and you're still tracking them when it happens.

Who you are

Confident on calls and on camera, organized enough to run your own pipeline, unfazed by rejection or slow deals. Based in/around Gurugram; real estate background helpful, not required.

Compensation: Incentive-based — uncapped earning tied to deals you source and close, plus what your content brings in.

Growth: this role can grow into a full sales lead position as we scale.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
