Hiring for Project Manager - Jaipur (C2H)

Experience : 8+years

Work mode : WFO, Hybrid module

Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation projects across Retail, Operations, Risk, or Compliance functions.

Develop detailed project plans, charters, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and governance frameworks.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal audit requirements, and compliance frameworks.

Manage cross-functional stakeholders including business heads, IT teams, operations, risk, compliance, vendors, and external partners.

Facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment between business and technology teams.

Coordinate with technology vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement, and resource allocations.

Maintain and manage RAID log - risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies.

Conduct impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
