We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Sourcing And Closing Manager to generate quality leads and bring prospective buyers for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in real estate sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field activities.
Identify and connect with potential buyers interested in residential and commercial properties.
Conduct client meetings to understand their property requirements and budget.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the Closing Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales growth.




Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to generate leads through multiple sourcing channels.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or sourcing.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in real estate may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential or commercial property sales.
Robust network of channel partners or brokers is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
