Project Manager - Civil | Vertex Projects

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Plan, schedule, and monitor all civil site activities. Ensure timely completion within budget
Quality & Safety: Ensure work as per drawings, specs & IS codes. Maintain safety standards and compliance
Team Management: Lead site engineers, contractors, and workforce. Allocate resources effectively
Client Coordination: Single point of contact for client, consultants, and vendors. Handle meetings, updates, and approvals
Cost Control: Track BOQ, costs, RA bills, and variations
Documentation: Maintain progress reports, drawings, RFIs, MOMs, and site records

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
