Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Relationship

Officer is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, including onboarding new customers and supporting existing ones across banking products and services. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer financial needs, presenting suitable products, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves meeting sales and service targets, coordinating with internal teams for smooth transaction processing,



and maintaining accurate records in line with bank policies and compliance requirements.

Relationship

Officers also contribute to local market development by identifying business opportunities and participating in outreach or promotional activities.

Qualifications

Solid Business Relationship Management skills to build, retain, and deepen customer relationships.

Foundational knowledge of Finance and banking products to understand and address customer financial needs.

Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and internal teams.

Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, empathy, and timely issue resolution.

Sales capabilities to identify prospects, present solutions, and achieve assigned business targets ethically.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking systems, with attention to accuracy and compliance.

Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
