We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Residential Learning Facilitator to provide academic guidance and learning support. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to create a positive and engaging learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Provide academic guidance and learning support.
Assist with homework, assignments, and school projects.
Plan and conduct engaging learning sessions.
Encourage good study habits, discipline, and personal development.
Monitor learning progress and provide regular updates.
Create a supportive and motivating learning workplace.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, responsible, and well-organized.
Willing to stay at the work location.
