Relationship Manager (Loan Against Property - LAP Sales)
Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and MSME customers.
Visit local markets to acquire recent customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the branch team for customer sourcing and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Source new customers through field visits and local market activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with MSME customers and business owners.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Field Operations
Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition.
Coordinate with branch staff for loan sourcing and processing.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
