Role Description This is a full time, in office Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Tiruchirappalli.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will design, document, and execute test cases to verify the quality and performance of products and related software systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual testing, validating test results, identifying defects, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives,



and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

The engineer will also prepare test reports, contribute to root cause analysis, and support audits and inspections as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance skills, including familiarity with quality standards and procedures.

Candidates should possess Software Testing and Manual Testing skills to validate product functionality and performance.

Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills for planning, running, and documenting tests.

Candidates should have good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidates should have effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.

Candidates should ideally hold a degree or diploma in engineering, quality, or a related technical field.

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, especially in power or heavy engineering sectors, is an advantage.

Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection tools, and basic safety standards is beneficial.
