We are looking for a energetic and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) with 2+ years of experience to build and maintain a positive public image for the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, with experience in coordinating with government departments, clients, media, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
Handle documentation, approvals, licenses, permits, and other government-related processes.
Represent the organization in meetings with government offices and external agencies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of compliance and documentation requirements.
Draft official correspondence, reports, and communication materials.
Manage public relations activities and maintain the organization's qualified image.
Monitor changes in government regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
Organize meetings, events, and official visits as required.




Maintain accurate records of documents, approvals, and correspondence.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role.
Robust knowledge of government procedures, documentation, and regulatory processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Valid driving license (preferred).
