Assist in drafting press releases, media notes, speeches, Q&A; documents, and other PR materials.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, digital) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Maintain and update media contact lists and databases
Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.
Monitor media coverage, prepare daily/weekly reports, and evaluate PR activities using analytics tools.
Support in organizing press events, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
Actively pitch company stories, events, and initiatives to media outlets.
Maintain the company’s social media presence by coordinating posts and updates.
Manage basic inquiries from media, partners, and the public.
Contribute to PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.




Assist in managing crisis communication under the guidance of senior management.
Ensure brand consistency across media interactions, events, and communications.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, journalism, public relations, media studies, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media.
Must have robust written and verbal communication skills (English & Tamil).
Familiarity with media relations, social media, and PR tools.
Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
