Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business prospects through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online channels.
Demonstrate the Transport Management Software (TMS) to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, and brokers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Provide regular market feedback regarding customer requirements and competitor activities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP/CRM Sales, or B2B Sales.
Experience in the transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and close sales.
Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Knowledge of transport operations, e-Way Bills, GPS tracking, or fleet management is desirable.
