Role Description The Restaurant Captain is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant floor operations and ensuring a high standard of guest service. This role includes supervising service staff, coordinating table assignments, monitoring food and beverage service quality, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.

The Restaurant

Captain will guide team members during service, ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards, support training and onboarding, and assist in managing reservations and special events. The position requires active presence on the floor, clear communication with the kitchen and bar,



and consistent focus on guest satisfaction and efficient service flow.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills and experience leading service teams in a restaurant or hotel environment.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on handling guest requests and resolving issues effectively.
Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for coordinating with guests, team members, and kitchen staff.
Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including menus, service standards, and basic pairing or recommendation skills.
Relevant experience as a Restaurant Captain, Head Waiter, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and guest service standards.
Formal hospitality education or certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
