Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Pune. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, answering phone inquiries with qualified etiquette, assisting with appointment scheduling for the Director, and performing clerical and administrative tasks.



The role will also include assisting visitors, maintaining organised office records, and supporting overall office functionality.

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette to professionally interact with clients and visitors
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance tasks
Competency in Clerical Skills, including filing, record maintenance, and organising office materials
Valuable verbal and written communication skills, should understand basic English.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle pressure
Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is must
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software, e.g. MS Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office management are advantageous.
