About the Role

We are looking for a proactive QMS Coordinator to strengthen and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ISO management systems, internal audits, documentation control, CAPA, and regulatory compliance within manufacturing, agriculture, biotechnology, food, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, conduct, and document Internal Audits as per ISO standards.
Maintain and update the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and other applicable standards.
Coordinate External, Surveillance, and Certification Audits.
Manage CAPA, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Prepare and maintain SOPs, Quality Manuals, Work Instructions, and controlled documents.
Conduct employee training on ISO standards, QMS, documentation, and audit readiness.
Support Management Review Meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with statutory, customer, and organizational quality requirements.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
ISO Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
