At Decotales, we create thoughtfully designed interiors that combine aesthetics with functionality. We are looking for a customer-focused Design Consultant who can understand homeowners' aspirations, guide them through their interior journey, and convert qualified enquiries into successful projects.

Role Overview

As a Design Consultant, you will own the complete sales journey—from lead allocation to project booking and seamless handover to the design team. You will build trust with clients through transparent consultation, recommend suitable interior solutions, and help achieve business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned leads and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
Conduct consultations through Experience Centre visits, virtual meetings, or site visits.
Present design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and product offerings.
Prepare accurate quotations and explain pricing transparently.
Build solid customer relationships and address objections professionally.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and meeting notes.
Coordinate effectively with Design,



Customer Success, Projects, and Accounts teams.
Ensure smooth project handover with complete customer and project details.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or relevant work experience in interiors.
Prior exposure to interior design, home interiors, furniture, real estate, or premium retail sales is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand lifestyle needs.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a quick-paced interior design environment.
Comfortable using CRM software and presentation tools (experience with Coohom is an advantage).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
