Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
Present menus, explain menu items, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
Process guest payments accurately using cash, card, or other payment methods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and preparing the dining area.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.




Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays safely.
