Roles and Responsibilities include
Design and improve existing products to enhance quality, performance, and cost.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
Prepare manufacturing documents, work instructions, BOMs, and process flow charts.
Coordinate with design, production, quality, procurement, and suppliers to ensure smooth product launches.
Conduct root cause analysis for product and process failures.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Monitor production performance, yield, and cost, and recommend improvements.
Support validation, pilot production, and mass production activities.
Train production teams on current products, processes, and equipment.
Maintain technical documentation and engineering change records.
