Oversee daily field operations for NLG-based projects across Navsari and adjacent regions.
Coordinate and supervise field teams, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and project timelines.
Track and analyze field performance using KPIs; deliver actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.
Conduct routine site visits to evaluate operational efficiency, identify process gaps, and implement corrective measures.
Serve as the primary liaison between field staff and central operations for real-time issue resolution.
Ensure accurate, timely collection, documentation, and reporting of field data.
Lead training sessions and onboarding programs for recent field personnel.
Manage logistics, resource allocation, and distribution of equipment and materials to field teams.
Resolve field-level issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
Maintain full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in field operations, administrative coordination, or project execution.
Demonstrated experience in managing field teams and supervising on-ground activities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or field management systems.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
Willingness to travel frequently within Navsari and surrounding areas.
Familiarity with NLG technologies or data collection platforms is a plus.
Valid driving license and access to reliable transportation.
