Steelsworth is a 76-year-old Tea Machinery and Oil Equipment Manufacturer exporting to over 35 countries. We're hiring a Sales Executive based in Tinsukia to drive machinery sales directly to tea gardens and processing units across Upper Assam.
Identify current business opportunities among tea estates and processing units in and around Tinsukia
Conduct regular in-person visits to tea gardens and factories
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close orders
Build and maintain relationships with tea garden owners, factory managers, and purchase departments
Coordinate with the production/engineering team on delivery timelines
Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements:
Ability to develop positive relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.




Experience in sales will be an add-on.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Tinsukia, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Hindi, English (Required)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
