Job Summary

Join a growing engineering consultancy. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate business prospects, develop client relationships, and promote our engineering consultancy services with clients across infrastructure, construction, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and online research.
Meet architects, builders, developers, contractors, industries, government agencies, and consultants to introduce the company s services.
Promote Geotechnical Investigation, Topographical Survey, Material Testing, Soil Investigation, and other engineering consultancy services.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and client enquiries.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with technical teams for project requirements and proposal submissions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Required Qualifications




Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA Marketing preferred).
1 4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, infrastructure, testing laboratories, geotechnical services, or related industries will be preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
