IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager-Business Banking_Pipeline. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients in the Haridwar, Uttarakhand region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with business banking clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions
Identify and acquire current business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial performance and provide guidance on financial products and services
Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking portfolio




Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify current business opportunities and enhance the bank's product offerings
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales in the banking industry
Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the business lending space
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Knowledge of local market and business landscape in Haridwar, Uttarakhand is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
