Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Executive role based in Indore.

The Sales

Executive will identify and approach potential customers, present Dhara Finance’s products and services, and convert leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with clients, explaining financial offerings clearly, answering queries, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear, respectful interaction with diverse customers.

Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to learn about lending, savings, and related financial products.

Valuable organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

Comfort using computers, mobile apps, and CRM or sales-tracking tools for recording and managing customer data.

Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
