Role & responsibilities
Generate and close current business accounts within the Urban Development Engineering services space.
Manage the sales cycle for new business opportunities across the assigned geography/accounts, owning revenue target accomplishment for the territory.
Drive lead generation activities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Lead and coordinate sales meetings jointly with the Director to progress key prospects.
Experience of key account management, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
Implement sales strategies tailored to target markets and accounts.
Build and execute a Quarter-on-Quarter (Q-o-Q) growth plan, addressing market opportunities and driving execution to achieve business and revenue targets.
Awareness of Urban/Land Development project lifecycle and key stakeholders in project valuechain.
Track and report on sales performance,



pipeline health, and territory progress on a regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in B2B sales within Urban/Land Development, Civil Infrastructure domain.
Mandatory exposure to one or more of the following sectors: Urban/Land Development, Site Development, Surveying, Transportation, etc.
Prior sales experience in the USA region is essential.
Demonstrated experience handling and growing key accounts.
Strong track record of recent business development and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
