About A P Associates A P Associates is a leading civil construction company executing government and private infrastructure projects. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at project sites.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client safety requirements.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
Organize toolbox talks and safety awareness training for workers and staff.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Maintain safety records, registers, and documentation.
Conduct safety audits and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a secure work workplace.
Ensure secure work practices for excavation, scaffolding, work at height, lifting operations, electrical safety, and confined space work.
Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety equipment, and first-aid arrangements.

Experience
3–8 years of experience as a Safety Officer in civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial building projects.
Experience in Government projects will be preferred.
