Kanoon Pandit is India's leading legal edtech platform for law students and young lawyers — 85,000+ subscribers across our Hindi/English and Telugu YouTube channels, and 1,000+ paid students preparing for AIBE, Judiciary, UGC-NET Law, and CLAT PG.

We're looking for a driven, bilingual (Telugu + English/Hindi) Sales & Support Agent to own our student pipeline — from first inquiry to enrollment — and deliver fast, friendly support to our growing community.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Enrollment
Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, DMs, comments, and website — convert inquiries into enrollments
Follow up with interested students through structured WhatsApp sequences
Explain course structure, pricing, batches, and offers clearly and confidently
Coordinate with the marketing team during batch launches and promotional campaigns to push conversions
Maintain a simple daily/weekly sales tracker

Customer Support
Respond to student queries on WhatsApp Business, Chatwoot (support tickets), and social media comments
Resolve common issues — login, payments, access, downloads — quickly and without escalation where possible
Escalate technical or billing issues to the right team member with full context
Build a warm,



trust-based relationship with students — especially during high-stress exam prep periods

Community & Retention
Monitor WhatsApp groups and broadcast channels for student activity and flag concerns early
Coordinate announcements, batch updates, and offers through WhatsApp and SMS broadcasts
Gather student feedback post-purchase and share structured insights with the team

Requirements
Robust communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi Languages
Valuable Hindi and/or English for handling all-India (Hindi/English channel) inquiries
Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, basic CRM/helpdesk tools (training provided for our setup)
Persuasive, patient communicator — equally comfortable closing a sale and de-escalating a frustrated student
Basic comfort with spreadsheets for tracking leads and follow-ups
Self-starter who can work independently in a founder-led startup setting
Prior sales, telecalling, or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory
