Role & responsibilities
Implement and maintain the company's HSE Management System.
Develop and review safety policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and client HSE standards.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers across all project locations.
Monitor safety performance of ongoing projects.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports submitted by project sites.
Track safety observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
Plan and conduct internal HSE audits for project sites and offices.
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Recommend preventive and corrective measures.
Follow up on audit findings until closure.
Support ISO 45001 implementation and continuous safety improvement.

Preferred candidate profile 48 years of HSE experience, preferably in EPC, construction, Oil & Gas infrastructure projects
