Role Description The Retail Specialist will support PInterview’s online services by ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry through purchase and follow-up. This is a full-time remote role focused on promoting interview practice products, guiding users through service options, and assisting with enrollment in suitable mock interview packages.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding and explaining PInterview’s offerings, responding to customer inquiries via digital channels,



and recommending solutions based on users’ goals and needs.

The Retail

Specialist will monitor customer feedback, help optimize the online retail experience, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product presentation and user satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contributing ideas to increase engagement and conversions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to effectively present and match PInterview’s services with customer needs.
Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive experiences and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse customers across online and telephonic channels.
Relevant experience in online retail, edtech, or service-based sales is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use digital tools and CRM systems confidently.
High school diploma required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
