We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our retail network and grow our market presence across Muzaffarpur and nearby districts.

Key Responsibilities - Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets daily.
Generate recent business prospects and appoint new retail outlets.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Take orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Increase product visibility through merchandising and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Collect market feedback and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain customer satisfaction. Eligibility - Minimum Qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in FMCG, Food, or Spices Sales.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Required Skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.

Salary & Benefits - Fixed Salary: ₹1.5 to 2.5L per annum (Based on experience)
