Role Overview
This position involves promoting pharmaceutical products across multiple therapy areas, onboarding dealers/distributors, and executing customized go‑to‑market strategies. The Sales Manager will drive hospital business through robust customer relationships and negotiations with purchase managers to optimize margins.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital Pharma Promotion: Promote products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies; build robust connects with purchase managers.
Dealer & Distributor Onboarding: Manage key accounts and generate hospital business.
Negotiation: Handle pricing, payment terms, and margins with hospital purchase managers.
Product Detailing: Conduct presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals.
Market Monitoring:
Track competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
Target Achievement: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Prior experience in hospital pharma sales (therapy areas: Ophthal, Human Albumin/IVIG, Vaccines, IVF/Hormones, Nephrology, Cardiac).
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
