We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer needs, providing personalized styling advice, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have a solid interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend products that suit their style and needs.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals, promotions, and current fashion trends.
Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining product availability.
Handle POS billing, returns, exchanges,



and payment transactions accurately.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-organized.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally while delivering excellent service.
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and store guidelines.

Requirements
12 Pass or equivalent qualification (preferred).
0 - 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or fashion retail.
Passion for fashion and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
