Supervises the protected delivery, rigging, and installation of DG sets. Ensures compliance with electrical codes, anti-vibration mountings, and acoustic enclosure standards.
Executes scheduled PM checklists—such as oil changes, coolant top-ups, filter replacements, and battery checks—to prevent equipment breakdowns.
Diagnoses mechanical engine issues (fuel system, air intake, exhaust) and electrical faults (alternator, control panels, synchronizing gear).
Monitors bulk and day-tank fuel levels. Coordinates timely diesel refueling and tracks fuel consumption metrics.
Supervises junior technicians, assigns daily maintenance tasks, and enforces safety protocols (PPE, lock-out/tag-out procedures).
Maintains detailed service logs, prepares failure analysis reports, and ensures generator emissions and noise regulations are met.
Provides rapid in office support during power outages or critical equipment failures to ensure uninterrupted power for facilities like hospitals, data centers, or telecom sites.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
