About the Role

We are looking for a Student Admission & Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin Executive to join our coaching institute. The role involves handling student enquiries, admissions, fee coordination, events, forms, and day-to-day student communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in enquiries from students and parents and provide information about courses and batches.
Assist with student admissions, registration, and admission forms .
Coordinate fee collection, fee follow-ups, and payment-related communication .
Maintain and update student records and admission data .
Coordinate with students regarding classes, batches, schedules, and attendance .
Handle student requests related to leave and coordinate with the concerned team.
Assist in organizing and coordinating student events, seminars, workshops, and institute activities .




Follow up with prospective students and enquiries to support admissions and enrollments .
Support the institute with general sales coordination, student support, and administrative activities .

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / computer applications .
Positive coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from Sales, Administration, Front Desk, Education, Customer Support, or Student Counseling backgrounds can apply.
