About the Role:

We are looking for a Student Admission & Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin Executive to join our coaching institute. The role involves handling student enquiries, admissions, fee coordination, events, forms, and day-to-day student communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in enquiries from students and parents and provide information about courses and batches.
Assist with student admissions, registration, and admission forms.
Coordinate fee collection, fee follow-ups, and payment-related communication.
Maintain and update student records and admission data.
Coordinate with students regarding classes, batches, schedules, and attendance.
Handle student requests related to leave and coordinate with the concerned team.
Assist in organizing and coordinating student events, seminars, workshops, and institute activities.




Follow up with prospective students and enquiries to support admissions and enrollments.
Support the institute with general sales coordination, student support, and administrative activities.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
​Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / computer applications.
Positive coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from Sales, Administration, Front Desk, Education, Customer Support, or Student Counseling backgrounds can apply.
