Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and guide clients regarding real estate projects.
Generate and follow up with leads provided by the company.
Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records in CRM and provide regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.




Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or B2B/B2C Sales.
Valuable presentation and client-handling skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
