Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting product advantages, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation through closing. The associate will coordinate marketing activities, including creating basic promotional materials, participating in campaigns, and supporting events or demonstrations.

Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with dealers and installers,



providing product training support, and updating sales and marketing reports. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to share market feedback, refine messaging, and contribute to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive lead generation, negotiation, and promotional activities.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support product demonstrations and basic technical orientation for customers and installers.

Candidates should preferably have basic knowledge of mobility solutions or automotive accessories, or be willing to learn quickly.

Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and a lead-scoring CRM Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Bengaluru.
