Roles &

Responsibilities Research and prepare databases of corporate companies and decision-makers. Conduct 50–80 cold calls daily to introduce our products and services. Generate and qualify current business leads.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. Send company profiles, quotations, and follow-up emails. Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM. Follow up with prospects and existing customers. Assist with general office administration and coordination.

Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills Positive communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred). Confidence in speaking with corporate clients over the phone. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet research.



Robust follow-up and organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream). Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience in telecalling, administration, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

Salary ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) Working Hours Monday to Saturday 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM Performance Expectations 50–80 cold calls per day. Add 30–50 new companies to the database daily. Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate records. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets.
